What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 25 patient slots, 2 assistants, full dashboard access, and all core features with unlimited validity. No credit card required. You can purchase more slots anytime.
How do patient slots work?
Each patient that logs into the app for the first time consumes one slot. Slots have unlimited validity - they never expire. When you purchase a new plan, the slots are added to your existing balance.
What happens when I buy a new plan?
When you purchase any plan, the new slots are ADDED to your existing balance. For example, if you have 10 slots remaining from free plan and buy Starter (50 slots), you'll have 60 total slots.
What happens if I run out of slots?
When you're low on slots, you'll receive notifications. You can purchase any plan to add more slots, or buy top-up slots at ₹20 per patient. Your existing data remains safe.
Do slots expire?
No! All patient slots have unlimited validity. Once purchased, they never expire. Use them at your own pace.
How does the commission system work?
For each patient onboarded by an assistant, ₹10 is automatically credited as commission. Commissions are tracked in real-time and can be paid out monthly.
Is there a setup fee?
